R. Square Engineers, an MSME with over 3+ decades of Industry experience, had been a preferred & trusted partner for providing Innovative solutions to diverse industries…. Nuclear, Power, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Food & Pharma, Aerospace & Defence, Research & Development etc.
Driven by the growing need of Defence, Aerospace and Power generation sector for High Strength & Light weight precision parts, under the “Make in India” initiative to make our country self-reliant … we have successfully commissioned our Precision Metallic Honeycomb & Seals manufacturing facility in Vadodara (Gujarat, India).

Our journey of precision manufacturing began with a challenge: to develop precision engineered parts that are light weight yet exceptionally strong, designed to meet the toughest demands of modern industries. Our focus on “Quality” is at every step of the supply-chain, that starts from sourcing of raw material from Quality Mills / their authorized processors, verification of incoming material to eliminate counterfeit parts (if any), use of technologically advanced manufacturing process, first article inspection, in-process & final inspection at every stage of manufacturing process, safe packaging & logistic to ensure complete traceability at all times.
Our team strives to continuously improve processes across the value-chain with a quest to achieve highest Quality standards of our product & services. We strongly believe in offering “One-Stop” value-added solution to our customers by supplying these honeycomb seals in ready to Vacuum braze condition (i.e. chamfered, profile cut, special diffusion aluminide coated and pre-loaded with brazing filler metal tape as per client’s technical requirements), that may reduce input labor hours in their shop thus optimising their process efficiency.
